"The room was comfortable but there was clearly someone smoking in a room nearby. The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell. The breakfast was very limited. Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway. I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool."

"Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

"The room was very old and dated as well as the furniture and bed if I known that for the price of $269 was not worth it. I would not recommend this place. needs an upgrade."

"It’s a lovely inn and very quiet. Nice bathroom, but when we were there the room maintenance seems to have fallen behind - but that may not be the case in the rest of the inn."

"Ryan and Sarah were so nice! They made our one night stay feel like we stayed at a friend's home. Their Bed and Breakfast was so quaint and charming. Our room was very comfortable with the jacuzzi bath. The breakfast was delicious. You get to choose what you prefer either an omelette, pancakes, waffles, or any egg style. It was so nice to wake up to a great breakfast. My wife and I were so impressed with everything they did, we highly recommend staying here if you are in the area of...

"Room was clean, staff pleasant and parking was easy. However we were told there was a la carte breakfast every morning (not included in our rate). We planned to have this, and were even shown a menu on check in. However we were very disappointed to find that there was no breakfast the next morning, or the next."
