"Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was relatively clean. Pillows on bed were basically throw pillows. Very uncomfortable. Shower handle was very loose so shower was either red hot or cold.... middle was not an option. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"They were in the process of a remodel. Not sure if our room on the first floor was completed or not. Some things looked new (bedding, carpet) but others were obviously very old. Caulk and paint around door frames was horrible. Paint drops on tile floor and paint spray on door handle. Workmanship very poor. Loose tile in the corner behind the door. "We had a flood at our house and had to cancel. We bought the insurance and was still denied any kind of refund. We love the hotel and the staff is always great but we will not be staying there anymore. We will find a different hotel as our daughter and grandkids live in summerset ky."

"We had a peaceful 2 days. Staff was great. My only complaint would be the noise from the remodeling of the lodge but we knew that going in. Stayed at the woodlands, rooms were clean. Would be nice if there was a couch. Salt and pepper would also be nice in the kitchen."

"Room was clean. Breakfast was light but good. Beds were more on the firm side. Property doesn't have much to do onsite, a fire pit and hot tub would be great additions for a little retreat. Looks like they may be adding to the property as there was the start of a pond dug out. I'd love to see more things to do onsite in the future! I would recommend a light in the parking area for late night arrivals/returns. Quiet retreat."

"Very clean. Good location. Parking was a bit crowded, ended up having to park at back of the building both nights. Our room was great. Close to many stores and restaurants. Didn’t use the pool but the area looked clean."

"We booked our room for one night and then decided to stay longer. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean towels, bath mat etc . everyday. Plenty of ice when we needed it. Will stay again when we head back to Kentucky. "

"Room was clean, hard to close tbe door when sun was shining, ac worked great. Breakfast ...none ...no hair dryer and coffemaschine in room. Tv tiny. Low toilet. Shower worked great. Staff friendly. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 day stay."
