For the price - it’s comfortable and at $100 per night with a great location it’s an under tapped property. And I would recommend it on these things alone. But needs a good clean and a renovation as the unit was old and dated.

Greeting wasnt friendly at all. Freezer door wasnt on properly .lighting wasnt that good. Bathroom door was very narrow.location was good . Needed a few powerpoints near the bed on other side .

The property was in good condition we had a large comfortable room but no cooking hob. The washing machine was free to use and $2 dollars ($1 coins) for the old drier which was pretty efficient. Parking was a challenge for the room we had with full size 4WD and some of our neighbours also had large utes requiring everyone to reverse in to expedite departure. Didn't use the swimming pool as it was mid June with overnight temps at 0.

We liked the area and the look of the Lodge. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The rooms just need a good clean and a spruce up. All the curtains need a backing for the light and heat.. The fan and Air-conditioner need a service as both very noisy. Undercover car parking would be great too.

good location,,clean, nice pool, grand old house attached which looks so good dislike is being asked for credit card details, when the room has been prepaid. If a Hotel or motel doesn't trust its guests in case they break a plate or similar, why should the guest trust the hotel with his credit cards details. sorry, but I loved the place but this policy prevents a return or recommendation to others.

Rough around the edges

Reception was neither friendly nor interested. Room was badly dated, bedside lamp didn’t work as the plug didn’t fit the outdated power point, other fixtures had burnt out globes. Shower was cramped, had no pressure and the soap dish interferes with standing under the drips. Room was generally clean, bed was comfortable, room rate very good.

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a while, dust, hair and grasshopper in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable though. The staff need to brush up on their customer service. Was only provided one key. When ringing site manager at 10 pm I was let in and yelled at. Very unprofessional and rude.

Bland reception Dated Decor Tiny bathroom Poorly cleaned older style shower recess. Shower head broken, would not stay in place making it difficult to shower (NB, -It was replaced the next day ) black mould inbetween grout, yellow scum on white tiles made it feel unclean & uninviting. No bathroom light only heater ceiling light- making tiny room very hot Vanity unit was seperate thus inconvenient for accessing toiletries Kitchenette needs a coat of paint -chipped shelves Toaster not cleaned Ceiling fan has black dirty accumulated dirt overhanging the rotary Felt the whole room needs a thorough cleansing from ceiling to walls & floors The bed appeared to have clean linen & the mattress was on the softer side of comfortable
