"The room was recently renovated, very spacious and clean! The property looks like it's getting updated still. The staff was helpful in providing directions to the room. We weren't sure about breakfast (which is provided) or checkout. The hot tub is not jetted but was very nice. Sauna didn't look fully setup. There were no towels when we went in the morning. "Everyone on the staff was friendly, but when I first arrived, I was informed that the hot water stopped working the day before. Luckily they were able to remedy that situation. When we returned to the property at 7 pm, the front door was locked, there was no one at the front desk, and our key didn’t work. Someone did come by to let us in and informed us that the front door was broken. We could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat/ fan. Instructions would have been helpful. Also there...

"The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging."
