Mispeer van jewelste.

Boeking op 10 juli gedaan. Bij aankomst op 12 juli bleek het hotel gesloten te zijn. Contact opgenomen met de Nederlandse helpdesk van Hotels.com. Deze heeft ons prima te woord gestaan. Echter nadat wij waren doorverbo den met de relocation desk werdt de verbinding verbroken. Toen maar zelf wat anders via de site geboekt, uiteraard was dit weer duurder dan wat we eerst hadden geboekt.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel certes un peu vieillot mais avec un personnel d une gentillesse comme on en voit peu et que dire de la cuisine un délice ! !!!! On reviendra avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel

No one was at reception when we went to check in. We waited quite a while for someone to show up. The hotel was dirty. Our room had very dirty, old carpeting. The beds sagged and were very uncomfortable. There’s no a/c in the room, but the hotel’s one saving grace was that they gave us a fan for the room.

La propriétaire est agréable par contre l'établissement l'est nettement moins. Très vieillot, mal entretenu. Aurait besoin d'une complète rénovation. Le point positif est la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Possibilité de garer sa voiture à l'abri moyennant paiement

Malchanceux ou petite arnaque ?

Mon séjour c'est très mal passé vu que j'ai dormi sur un banc de la gare donc pas de commentaire sur l'hôtel. J'ai effectué une réservation au dernier moment mon train arrivé à 23h57 il était stipulé sur le site D'HÔTEL.COM que si j'arrivais après 22h30 heure de fermeture de la réception de prévenir l'hôtel et que je trouverais le téléphone SUR LA CONFIRMATION DE MA RÉSERVATION, j'ai donc appelé l'hôtel qui mon dit que c'était fermé sans veilleur de nuit. Après ca il m'a était impossible de d'annuler ma réservation sur le site. J'ai donc dormi dans la gare sur un banc " MERCI HÔTEL.COM"
