Central location and lovely views of the pier and waterfront. The owners were fantastic and allowed a late check in after delays on the motorway travelling to the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, however, was a little tired. I would stay again.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was brilliant. Great views from the pub across the channel to Wales. Clevedon is a lovely little town. Great short break.

Lovely location, friendly staff
Very small room but clean and quiet. Can't beat the location, across from the pier. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were very happy with our stay bedroom was lovely and clean. the food was lovely homemade moussaka was lovely highly recomend it .Dogs were welcome which was great for us cant fault the staff they were friendly

Very comfortable stay at the Moon, helpful and courteous on arrival. Drum roll please….the full English breakfast was incredible, I even ate the tomatoes and I always just leave them. Fab

Room not fit for purpose, damp stains all over ceiling and generally run down... Think the carpets must have been in 30 years, the so called TV must be 20" at a push and the mattress was so old and hard that it wasn't even fit for a dog!!! To top it all off the first thing said to us on arrival was that the included breakfast wasn't available until 9am, although on the booking it states from 7am - 9.30am, and wouldn't offer any other option or partial refund which I found really disappointing (the response was that Expedia don't understand how much it costs to include a breakfast and that they were underpricing the room!!)... All in all probably the worst place I have stayed (and that's coming from someone who has slept in hostels in the past so no snob) 😕

Green light in the bedroom along with the air vent in the bathroom which rattled all night. The sash windows rattled in the wind.

Great location on the sea front, with views of the pier from the beer garden. Great atmosphere in the pub and a warm welcome received. We were very pleased with the room, which was clean, quiet and had a comfortable bed.

Was really happy with the room, clean and comfortable. Only small thing that wasn’t great was a bench right outside the window which smokers from another room sat at from early morning talking really loud. Maybe could be moved slightly lower down. Other than that all good, food was lovely.

I often stay here on business. Good location for me. The only problem with the last stay, is that the breakfast was room service only because of COVID. But I never got any breakfast, I went in search to find some one the the rest of the premises was locked up. 😔

It was close to the sea front.Shower was good.Bed was comfy. Tv was to small. No glass in room.No cooked breakfast but this was not put on the site.Just cold things.Plugs was behind mattress it was hard to plug things in and I think it’s dangerous. The room need cleaning a bit more and the bathroom need a good clean.Staff was nice and in the pub the food was nice.

A little difficult to get in the room as door was swallen. Tv afixed to wall, but at bon adjustable angle not suitable for sitting on bed. Really bad wifi signal

Second time staying here very disappointed, the whole of the accommodation block needs a complete refurbishment. Our room number 5 was on the top floor after requesting a ground floor room with mobility access which according to our booking confirmation is what we had been allocated, large damp patch on the roof, the bedding was clean but the bed was most uncomfortable there is no way of contacting reception without leaving the accommodation block, one bedside light not working, one chair that I think was from the bar area no arms and very uncomfortable overall very disappointing the views from our windows were very scruffy roofs would not book again

Rather bland and basic
The package is basic and cost reflects this. The room is adjacent to the pub and requires a short walk outside. The room was bland and there had been a roof leak at some time and a patch with loose wallpaper had not been rectified. There is no door on the bedroom which leads to a short corridor so felt a bit "open" and light shone through. The staff we met were helpful and polite. I chose flakes for breakfast which were stale. Not a bad place but not one to which I would return
