"Overall very good, apart from night reception staff member. We asked to sit in the lobby to eat our food from outside, at first he said no due to cleaning the floor, then changed his mind and said we could only sit in the corner, very strange"

"The staff are consistently amazing. The rooms and communal spaces are so comfortable and inviting. I love this hotel! My only feedback is that although the breakfast area looks lovely in terms of how the food is presented, some of the hot food was cold and not actually very nice. The eggs were very cold and rubbery ( scrambled) and the pain au chocolat and other pastries were chewy and stale. Slightly disappointing because it’s layout is very appealing. But I want that to be received positively because I do love this hotel and can’t really fault it"
