"I wish i had more time to enjoy the hotel! Unfortunately my train was very delayed and i have arrived later than anticipated. However, the troubles of the journey dissipated as soon as i encountered lovely clean room and superb comfy bed. Thank you very much. If I'm ever back to Bristol, you'll be the first to know! "

"The room needs updating. We were put in the gloomy below road basement ( maybe because we had a lower price through expedia?) The receptionist on arrival was not welcoming & curt. Breakfast was good as was the waiting service there. "

"Everything was good but No privacy in the bathroom inspite of making the glass cloudy!! For that reason we won’t opt to stay there."
