"The room was clean and spacious enough for us to rest. However the facilities provided were a little basic. No water bottle or glasses provided. No mini fridge. No AC. No escalator. Bathroom shower was leaking water onto the floor. No emergency button in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok but not enough vegan options were provided. "

"During a 5 night stay twice the cleaning team overlooked cleaning our room. Parking arrangement very good. Overall the cooked breakfast was not hot. The quantity of pre/cooked eggs was excessive for the speed that they were required, and looked unappealing. Perhaps the hotel could consider cooking the eggs to order"

"Staff were fab and friendly Hotel was lovely Room was lovely, however... The beds are so hard, its like sleeping in a slab of concrete and the air con was a massive noise box on the floor. Breakfast was delicious and the free flowing nutella was lovely."
