"I stayed one night and selected the hotel based on its proximity to the train station. It was an excellent choice for that, although there is some road construction going on directly around it which made rolling one’s bag a little more difficult than it would normally be. The hotel is a little “tired” but very clean well maintained. Good bed and very decent bar/restaurant. Not a hotel I would recommend for exploring Bristol over several days; but a great location for ease of train travel. The staff was excellent. Very welcoming and very helpful."
