"The room could benefit from a bit more TLC. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the decor felt plain, which didn’t create a very homely atmosphere. The lounge area also felt a little bare. "Wonderful staff, who were glad to help us at all times. We arrived very early concierge took our bags and reception accommodated an early check in. Room was comfortable. Location extremely central on Queen Street Mall - easy to get around."
