"The room wax"

"It was a nice room for 2. Very close to everything. The room had a good size fridge to bring some snacks for your trip. I stayed 3 days with mom and got her some milk for the coffee and then I found out the room provide these items for us. Coffee, cream sugar. Even 2 bottles of nice cold water were waiting for us upon arriving. Very thoughtful. Thank you. The only thing I would say is the room could be upgraded with a small table and chair to sit down and eat. The bathroom was nice and had plenty of room to put all my make up. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Although nothing happened to me and not even a scratch on my car is good for others to be aware of the area around specially at night. Lots of junkies and unsafe to walk but this is not the hotel's fault. Which is why I opted to pay the reserved parking fee to avoid walking around to the car. No desk to check in but no problem. I followed the instructions sent to me and it was easy. They also respond fast to any message you send them. Overall it was nice clean convenient and affordable room in West Palm Beach "

"The check in process was quick, the room had a beautiful ocean view and was nicley furnished and clean, the breakfast had many options, the staff was very helpful and the gentlemen working the valet were kind and professional , they have a great room service menu , as added activities as renting bicycles to enjoy while riding on the the long stretch of the beach, or having lounge chairs on the beach, and a inside shop to purchase clothing and gifts "

"When I arrived a worker sprayed my back with floor cleaner. I wasn’t told that there is free coffee every morning. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. No gym. The location is great, right near I-95. Staff communication could be better."
