I like the location near Cameron Centrum and it give choice for me to explore this place without using car. Really convenient to get necessary thing, in case you forgot to bring to the hotel. The basement parking also huge and have several access to the hotel and other shops nearby.
Not clean, white blanket with several yellow spots, very smal room, no Refrigerator, no 24 hours room service. I booked for two nights, just used for one night, and shifted to another property on the second night.
1.The staff especially at front desk really helpfull and friendly.They even gave us hotel souvenier upon check out (fridge magnet).
2.Breakfast is nice.
Improvement -1. hsekeeping staff should be more alert as upon check in our room did not been provided with bath towel.we need to ask 1st..also the soap and shampoo we need to request every day(we stay for 3D2N)
2.More variety in breakfast. Even the nasi lemak is nice but we had almost same breafast menu for 2 days.
There's a musky smell in the room. Full of dust at corners of room. Staff is friendly. Nothing to shout about for the breakfast. Shower is best, water is hot and gushing.
Its ok for one night stay..value for your money..but no towel provided..

Bad stay.
Not as expected as shown. Room was extremely small with little access area. Toilet was small enough. Consolidation was only with a good soft bed. No lift to rooms at all level and no hot water on my level to use, got to go down lobby for service. Overall experience bad!!!

Dear guest our hotel have lift to all floor. The rooms are all standard size with standard toilet.
Toilet bowl placed in a way its impossible to sit. You can only sit side ways. Room number 309. Breakfast was rubbish. I know its free but then, u serve worst thn dog food.

Dear guest, you have booked a room for very cheap price and dont expect for 5 star breakfast. Pls think before you write your commen.
The room acoustic very bad, can hear corridor / bathroom showering sounds from next room loudly.
Room door undercuts too height, corridor light easily penetrate in.
Hotel is still new, front desk staff are helpful.
A simple self service breakfast is served every morning. But the coffee and tea are too sweet, sugar shouldn’t added in the drinks. Let the guests help themselves on the sugar.

room and bathroom very small
deluxe room 309 room and bathroom too small.internet shown 89 m sq. Area alway traffic jam aspecially sat and sundays .Parking outside limited but can park at basement with dark staircast at night. Food is ok only the kitchen manager malay man so ego. My room is facing building under construction not a nice view. The room wall not soundproff can hear child crying. Reception girl indian tall very friendly.no name tag
Hadden een 3 slaapkamer appartement geboekt.
De staat ervan was echt niet om naar huis te schrijven,verouderd en een slechte rotte geur alsook waren er geen badhanddoeken aanwezig.
Terug naar de receptie geweest en uitleg gevraagd ivm de afwezigheid van de badhanddoeken en de geur.Ze vertelde me dat dit niet voorzien is voor een appartement maar wel voor een hotelkamer.Heb gevraagd om een hotelkamer te krijgen en dat was ok.Het ontbijt trok op ook op niets.Enkel brood rijst en confituur die je kon opdrinken ipv smeren. De boter en confituur zitten in een kom waar iedereen maar moet van smeren.Van een eitje geen sprake alleen als je ervoor bijbetaalde.Heb reeds in vele hotels verbleven in vele landen maar deze was de slechtste ervaring ooit.Dit heeft 3 sterren maar voor mij haalt het nog amper 1 ster.Een te meijden plaats zou ik zeggen.
