"Hotel and staff were extremely helpful. Never had any issues while staying here. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was huge for what i expected. Not sure why the shower was a foot higher than the floor, and to get out was quite dangerous when your wet, and the floor is damp. But the rooms are excellent. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The hotel buffet breakfast was ok. English breakfast, so keep that in mind. I had dinner on Night 1. Maybe the most tasteless steak i’ve ever had. But it was cooked. Wish the room had a fridge / microwave. Luckily the hotel is 1 block away from a proper market."

"I have been to multiple hotels across north London recently and I have never seen a place so dirty and filthy like this one, to what I can see the only thing they do in between guests is change the bed linen, I stayed room 25 there is only one picture in the advertising showing this room, a picture of the corner of the room and is quite dark. The carpet was soo nasty, the room was very dusty, strange stains all over the place, all the furniture was very sticky, there was a bag covering the smoke detector. Did not interact with the staff so can't comment on the matter. But the place is in a complete state of disrepair and the lack of proper cleaning just make it worst."

"The staff are very welcoming and friendly especially Claire on reception, who explained everything to us in great detail. We stayed for one night this visit and had our children come to the hotel to have dinner with us in the restaurant, the food was very enjoyable. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was excellent a great choice of both continental and cooked breakfast. Manisha went out of her way to get me a decade latte from the bar even though the restaurant was very busy. We would recommend the Delta by Marriott Waltham abbey to family & friends and will be staying there again in the future."
