"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Second time staying at Charm and has always been celebrating my husband’s birthday. This year, we got upgraded by the staff for some reason. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Spa treatment was nice, had an hour massage to relax us. I just like staying at Charm 👍👍"

"Room had a sea view and huge windows. Lots of space for us and a teenager in the one room. Kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge all came in useful. Very friendly staff. On quite a busy road and above a pub so there is noise, but this didn’t bother us as we were staying for one night only while we went to a party."

"Fantastic stay at Central Wave Brighton. The location is great, really central and easy to get everywhere on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and nicely done considering it’s an older building. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. Check-in was easy and everything ran smoothly. Communication was good, and it was nice to have someone at reception if needed. Overall, great value for money and a really pleasant stay. We’d happily come back."

"We had a great little stay here for my daughters 18th birthday. Free cookies on arrival, plus cans water for the room. The room was spotless on arrival. We used the facilities and enjoyed both the gym and the pool. We will be back! Highly recommend."

"What a great location for the pier, beach and the lanes. Walkable from the train station to get your bearings. I did feel the pool tiles were slippery under foot when wet so had to walk very slowly. Pool and showers where great and the Welsh chap on gym was very friendly and helpful. The lounge had awesome views which we used several times while staying. Our double king size room was great for my friend and myself. Thanks"

"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...

"Beautiful property, staff were friendly and very help! A bit of a march to Brighton but worth it. Very cost effective!! Also If you fancy an outstanding brekky, an so not want to walk far, go to Oeuf cafe, two doors down towards the sea, worth every penny."

"The breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was very busy. The staff were very apologetic. The room was really nice, spotless and a comfy bed. The only minor gripe was regarding the lift slowest EVER! Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel."

"Room 2 was small and compact but perfect for my last minute over night stay. Communication was brilliant and entry/exit very easy. Comfortable bed, and the complimentary chocolate bars were very much appreciated after a long day. Oh, and I’m very picky about pillows so was delighted to find they had 4 pillows each with different qualities … brilliant!"
