"Nice welcome, shown to our room which was spotless and nice and warm, the bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom, soft towels and plenty of hot water.
Nice evening meal in the restaurant,good selection on the menu.
Breakfast menu was good, and well prepared.
Nice and friendly staff..we would definitely stay again. "

"Great stay at the Bournbrook with my eleven year old son. The staff were brilliant and friendly throughout, and just couldn’t do enough for us.
It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. It’s my third visit here and I’ll certainly be back when I next visit Birmingham "
