"It felt overpriced for the amenities and dated property. Fine, nothing special. Was there for work, wouldn’t stay here on a personal trip. Too expensive."

"It was a very nice stay, the bathroom definitely hadn’t been cleaned but all of the towels were new. There was hair all over the shower wall and bathroom floor. The bed was clean and the floors outside of the bathroom were clean. For a night it worked perfect for us and our dog. There is $40 feet for a dog or cat, very reasonable."

"Beautiful location! Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated! The river, hot tub, sauna and fire pit are great! My child had a medical emergency on site (epilepsy) and staff was very helpful in getting emergency services out there! Wish we could have stayed longer! We definitely want to return one day!!"

"Flat Creek Inn is the whole package. May not have some of the other amenities of the newer, larger, more expensive places in town, but as a place to relax, get a good hot shower and some much needed sleep after enjoying GTNP, it was well worth the cost."

"Staff was super nice and helpful, we even had an early check in which was great! Love the room, everything was honestly perfect aside from there not being any curtains, so that morning sun was extremely bright every morning and woke up us up. Please install some kind of curtains for people who don't want to wake up at 6am every day. Since the hotel is off the highway you also get constant highway sound of cars passing, which can be pretty annoying at night."

"Family of 6 stayed in the house on the property. Great location - walked to downtown Jackson in about 10 minutes. So much fun shopping and restaurants. The house washer and dryer were appreciated, especially after river rafting trip. We stayed 3 nights, and a young male deer came and sat in the grass in the evening for over an hour on the last night. The kids loved taking photos from inside the house. Excellent value for Jackson Hole area."

"The breakfast needed protein or at least eggs. It is mainly carbs. The last night I slept, the fire alarm went off. There was no explanation. No elevator, my room was on the third floor. All Jackson hotels are overpriced. The workers are very friendly and hard workers. They refresh my room and did a great job. Customer service is great."
