"From the moment we arrived to Zamocek Suzanne cordially welcomed us and showed us to our rooms. She thoroughly explained where everything was located, and was cery detailed on making out stay a perfect one. The rooms all have small kitchens and the decor is most charming in Slovakian character. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!"

"Ok, da billederne passede overens med Hotels. Hyggelig lejlighed. Irriterende der ingen emhætte var og at skraldespandene til hele pensionatet var lige ved vores vinduer. Gardinerne virkede for små til vinduerne så det kom for meget lys ind. "

"The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!"

"The hostess and host are so welcoming they make this pension an amazing place to stay, the hostess was always present whenever we needed anything and made sure everyone at dinner was happy and had a good day, the host gave us great recommendations for walks/hikes to do in the Tatras. "Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anything"
