Dårlig service

Ved indtjekning var der ingen personale, kun et nummer man skulle ringe på. Manden der tog telefonen var meget uhøflig og smed røret på og råbte, efter flere opkald lykkes det at få instrukser til at tjekke ind. Omkring stedet bygges der og der er ikke meget charme over det. Vil ikke anbefale stedet.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer neben der Küche im Keller, das heißt, es war ab ca. 6.30 sehr laut wegen dem Frühstücksverkehr, denn es klapperte viel Geschirr und man hörte die Kaffeemaschine. Aber das größte Problem war, dass wir kein Frühstück, noch nicht mal Kaffee bekamen, weil wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten. Es war aber kommuniziert worden, man könne Frühstück nachordern und wir wollten erstmal sehen, ob wir es so früh (bis 9 Uhr war nur Frühstück) schaffen. Wir sahen später, dass noch viele Brötchen übrig waren, auch Kaffee und das fanden recht übel (Fremdenhass?). Merkwürdig. Wir waren ruhige und nette Gäste haben auch versucht auf Slowakisch zu kommunizieren und wissen nocht, was man uns übel genomen haben könnte. Naja, egal, Insgesamt war es befriedigend, wenn man woanders isst.

I stayed here 2 nights in the middle of October 2018. I ran marathon race in the mountains. I knew the location from previous years, it was close to the race start. The problem was, that the reception was locked down after 4 p.m. Bath tube was not working right, not enough hot water. The breakfast was average, no good coffee available, only powder for hot water.
