"The most amazing views! Early May, so weather was breezy and overall warm but not hot. We loved how easy it was to walk from the property to many restaurants and shops, as well as get take ride share to further away places. Upon arrival we had to have staff re-clean portions of the bathroom because the cleaning crew had not done a satisfactory job; dirt and hair in corners, and hair in the bathtub. "The best features of the hotel are the location, staff, and minimalist styling. The somewhat annoying feature is that the bars' patios are located alongside the main entrance and seem to be very busy every day after work hours. On the days we were there it was pretty loud and boisterous every time we entered and exited the hotel in the early evenings. The truly bad features were the very very loud AC unit that would kick in every twenty minutes or so and the lumpy, too soft mattresses."

"What an amazing stay upon entrance we thought it was the coolest boutique hotel. We’ve seen in a very long time very laid-back but definitely charming. We will definitely be back. I didn’t understand the $47 a night resort fee till the end they do offer unlimited water bottles, convenient umbrellas just a little things that make your experience easier. The only downfall would probably be that the pool was not heated. Everything else was just fine."

Then we were locked out again and were moved to another suite where the chain on door was broke. The property is old (chipped paint-worn furniture) and has small windows and dim lighting. It does not have a small boutique charm. Entire staff is foreign."

Very thin mattress and pillows. Hard to sleep. Do not book this Hyatt Regency if you don’t need to stay in the Chinatown area. I do not recommend this hotel. I give it a two stars."
