Our host Oreste was very helpful and friendly. The staff at this hotel spoke English and went above and beyond to help us. They even provided excellent Gluten free rolls for my breakfast each morning when I told them I was Celiac. The breakfast spread was excellent. The room was clean with a balcony and wonderful view of the lake. Across the street there was a nice walkway along the lake in both directions joining the towns. It was very close to Malcesine and other local attractions. We liked it here and would definitely stay again if we return to Lake Garda.

Right from the start the staff made us feel right at home - nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The facilities were great- especially the pool which was great to cool - off in. There were plenty of deck chairs to lie on both at the hotel and over the road at the private beech on the lakes edge. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. We have been in Europe for 6 weeks now and this by far the best place to stay both for staff and facilities.

Wir haben uns während unseres Urlaubs rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus und nebenan. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, die Putzdame hat einige Male unsere Sachen umgeräumt, zum Beispiel vom Koffer Kleidung auf dem Bett als Deko platziert und im Bad ebenso private Dinge verstellt. Vielleicht könnte man nochmal mit dem Personal reden. Ansonsten war alles perfekt, wir würden wiederkommen.

Excellent hôtel très calme. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et entièrement rénovées. Très belle vue lac, très belle piscine. Parking privé. Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Excellent accueil, ambiance familiale et décontractée. Hôtel très bien situé, face plage et lac, belle promenade aménagée en bord de lac. Village et restaurants à 10mn à pied, également arrêt de bus. Tout était parfait, séjour excellent. Merci !

L'hotel sublime

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel était fantastique. L'équipe a bien organisé notre arrivée tardive en expliquant tout en détails. L'hôtel est très propre, les lits sont très confortables et le petit-déjeuner complet avec la vue sur lac est sublime. L'accès est très facile en voiture et si vous avez envie de se baigner dans le lac il est juste en face et c'est un expérience inoubliable.

Wir hatten einen schönen Seebklick, Zimmer waren einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher und verschiedene Teesorten gibt und eine kleine Kaffeekapselmaschine. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend, schön war, dass man in Ruhe sitzen bleiben konnte, auch wenn die Frühstückszeit schon vorbei war. Es wurde gut nachgefüllt und der Kakao aus der Maschine war ein Traum☺️. Zu Fuß konnte man am wunderschön gestalteten Fuß weg bequem in den Ort mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gehen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder. Personal war sehr freundlich
