"On arrival the staff greeted us very well and offer us to take our Luggage to our rooms. And explain about times when dinner and breakfast will be served. And when greeting is for dinner they took us to our table and served us very well. Room service was very good abit disappointed they didn’t know what a tray holder was when food arrived. How ever the food was amazing. Also the house clearing was 10/10 and also was the live music also. The spa room was beautiful to relax after a busy day and unwind. "

"Last stayed here 50 years ago. It was a good hotel then and it still is. Almost everything you could want like a cafe, shop and bar. In the room we had space,nespresso machine,iron and board, hairdryer and a better bath than at home. The a/c was fine but only went down to 16deg so cooler on the second night there than the first. Tv was a bit odd.Channels from around the world but I could not get radio. So I tried the internet which had good connection but did not work. Good nights sleep despite noise from corridor and good breakfast with an omelette maker if you want (I did)."

"I stay at this hotel every time I visit London for work. It has a great central location, close to the Tube and walking distance to many parks. The rooms have everything you need and are very clean! I only provided a 4 star this time as the internet connection was so weak, it was hard to do any work in the hotel; and the elevators were under maintenance and jt would take awhile in the morning rush to go up & down. "

"Staff were great, sleeping areas were cleaned well though the toilet seat had dried blood on the side when we arrived at the hotel. Location is about as good as it gets for travelling with small children, leave the front door and you see Big Ben, then walk north a block and you can see the London Eye! The pool is a great way to unwind after a day of walking around London, and the fitness centre is better than many hotels I’ve visited in the past. "

"Hotel RIU Victoria was perfect for using public transportation to get to football stadiums around the city, including Émérites, Tottenham, and Chelsea. We were able to visit all the historical sites easily, as well, because of the hotel’s proximity to Victoria Station. The neighborhood was safe, day and night, for walking to the theater and restaurants. The staff was remarkable for their help when our flights were canceled due to a blizzard in Boston. I would definitely stay here again, and will seek out RIU hotels in other locations. "
