"The room was spacious with a nice view of the Thames. There was no soap in the bathroom. No biggie, called down and someone brought some up. Got in the shower, body wash was also empty. Called down again. It had a kitchenette, dish soap also empty. I was excited about the opportunity to do laundry however no laundry soap.
