"Beware that if you agree to signing up for their rewards program and agree to decline housekeeping services, the option for a 10 pound voucher is NOT good for their breakfast. We were told it was when we signed up and then was told at the breakfast venue it stated that it WASN’T good for breakfast on the voucher ( it did not). "We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff and hotel itself were wonderful. We had a one bedroom, with a sofa bed for our daughter, and it was a good space. Walking distance to all the sights. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It had a very sexy vibe, dark hallways with sleek LED lighting, modern bathroom, big windows, even the elevator was cool. The guy checking us in was very nice and upgraded us to a river view room for no extra charge… and the view was absolutely incredible (we were on the 16th floor). I would absolutely come back to this hotel if I was ever in London again."

The smell of Gardenia/Jasmin was too strong in the foyer and elevator Room Very clean and comfortable I didn't like the bar code for dining in, half the time it didn't work. The bathroom did not have an outlet. Doing your hair next to a sleeping person isn't optimal. The only outlet with a mirror is beside the bed. The shower taps should have indicators showing how to use them. I almost slipped out...
