"Room was clean, with a spacious bathroom. The only issue was a bad sewer smell coming from the shower. We were too tired from our journey to ask to change rooms. Also disappointed to have no view and instead looked right across into someone’s apartment living room."

"Really disappointed that we checked in, to come back late evening to collect room card keys to be told the room allocated to us had been given to someone else. I had paid for an upgraded room but I do not feel what I paid for is what I received."

One of the most beautiful hotels in London for classic charm, extremely gracious staff, and conveniently located for pick up spots for tours and to easily walk to plenty of attractions. The Clermont Victoria is my ultimate favorite hotel in the world. Highly recommend!"

"We had a good experience with Navel in the front desk. He took great care of us and allowed us to check in early so we could freshen up before we went out exploring. The bed was super comfy as were the pillows, which are very important to me. The bathroom was just OK and a little outdated. Needs a face-lift. No night light in the bathroom and the bathroom door doesn't stay open. We had to have the front office reset the television so it would work. AC took awhile to cool the room. It was...
