"It’s the second time I have stopped here and I love it. The friendliness and service of the staff is exceptional and the hotel has a lovely old fashioned but well maintained feel about it. A little time warp. The rooms are great and the air conditioning was a real treat."

"The property is centrally located and close to everything. Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Trafalgar Square are all within walkable distance. The rooms are small, and there are times when the air conditioning would go off. Given the heat wave, it would disrupt sleep, especially between 4-5 am. One could request for the air conditioning to not be turned off, which we did for one of the nights, but it still did turn off at 4 am. That was the major negative aspect of our stay."
