From checking in to checking out the following day most things were wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely room/bathroom and service and drinks in the 12th floor bar. The only downside was the breakfast, we had to wait absolutely ages for a coffee but the lady was very apologetic and ...

Nice clean room. Attentive staff. Good location. The only thing letting our stay down was the breakfast. There was no sliced white bread for toast. The plates where cold so when you put food onto it they food became cold very quickly.
