"Amazing atmosphere, the architecture and design were so awe-inspiring to be around. The staff was incredibly helpful. Overall this is an amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with lots of character.
The only thing is that the area feels a bit sketchy at times... but honestly would 100% stay here again."

"Wonderful staff here, so clean and quiet, restaurants on site are fabulous! Stayed for nearly a week for the Cleveland clinic and would come back here in a heartbeat!"

"The room was great! I would have given the property 5 stars except the parking situation was a real pain. Parking deck was hard to manage with a big SUV. Getting in and out with a QR code was a great idea, but the system never worked and I had to wait for staff almost every time to get me in or out of the deck."

"Cancelled my reservation without speaking with me so I ended up in downtown Cleveland after a long flight with two kids at 8pm with nowhere to stay. Unfortunately for me it ended up being the NBA playoff weekend so I’m fairly certain I was cancelled because they could charge 4 times as much for my reservation. I’ve stayed here many times over the last 4 years and it was my favorite place in Cleveland. Never again."
