"Wonderful stay for the summer with river views and amazing terrace. So many peaceful places to sit and watch the river in the grounds. The rooms were lovely - spacious, big bed and bathrooms and the extra amenities were very appreciated. Its a stunning setting for a summer break."

We were told when we arrived my daughter could only access the pool if she was 5. This was only hidden in the T&Cs and not flag until we arrived despite giving my daughters DOB. "Beautiful facility with touches of old and new and great location. Rooms were very nice, modern bathrooms and air conditioning. Easy, secure onsite gated parking. Indoor pool and out door spa/hot tub was a great added benefit. Nice bar, did not use the restaurant so I can't share much other than nicely designed and well kept. Close to many things, longer walks but easy drives."

"We stayed in one of the green wing family rooms. Overall the room size was spacious and ample space for two adults with 2 toddlers. But the sofa bed which is meant for two kids, was absolutely shocking, the sofa bed had seen better days, and it dipped and Mattress was thing as paper, not comfortable for anyone to sleep on.
