The bath soap container was empty. I asked a hotel staff member if she could refill the dispenser and she said she would bring it to my room in a few minutes. She never showed up as promised. I passed her on the way out 45 minutes later. She look at me and went on her business.

I'm handicapped. Although they gave me a first-floor room, access from one's car via sliding glass door was problematic owing to a two-foot ridge of ice. The Covered Bridge Inn
Lobby smells like cigarettes. No clocks, no coffee maker, no bags in ice bucket, no elevator. Unless absolutely on a budget I would avoid this property.
