"- I paid for the room ahead of time. The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day.
- The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am.
- There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed. The staff didn't understand why this was unsatisfactory.
- The pillow was a tiny square cushion with lumpy...
