Every single time that I bring my boyfriend to Branson we always have stayed here. The front desk is super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is good as well. We enjoy our stay every time. No complaints.

This is the third time I have stayed at the motel. It is clean and has a decent breakfast. The location is good and close to attractions.

The breakfast was very nice. It was great to have 3 queen beds in the room. The pillows were pretty lumpy, small, and a bit hard. I thought the mattress was fine, but my husband said it was too soft. The main problem was that the toilet would stop for a few minutes, then run on repeat all night. There was only an all in one soap dispenser in the shower that was for soap, conditioner, and shampoo that just came out in a very small trickle. It was not good for any of the three options for use.

Left for the day to do activity at 9:00 am When came back to hotel at 3:40 pm door to room was open. The room was not cleaned by cleaning staff. Went up to office to tell that door to room was left open and room was not cleaned. Desk clerk texted cleaning staff. Did not know what had happened. Stated that cleaning is done every other day.

They charged my debit card, for 60.00 which is still pending. For what, they couldn't tell me. All the attendant said was that her night worker sometimes did that? They was also very rude when my husband and granddaughter went to check the reasoning behind the 60.00 charge. I will not be staying here again. And hopefully they put my money back on my card !! Horrible maid service also, asked them to clean the room on our last night there, to come back after my work conference to an unclean room.

The rooms were clean. The lady at the front desk was very kind and brought us more washcloths after she had to go to the laundry. It is convenient on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. Breakfast options were nice with wide variety.

The staff was great. The hotel is a bit dated and there were specks of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and around the toilet on the floor. But besides that it was fine.

At first glance it looks nice doesn’t seem to be dirty. Closer look toys left in the room, weird smell like dirty feet, air conditioner didn’t get very cool, beds are full not queen size and the bathroom tile floor doesn’t look very clean looks like it hasn’t been really clean in awhile. Overall wasn’t terrible but definitely wouldn’t book again.

The customer service was outstanding. A shout out to Rhianna who helped us. Most of the property is wheelchair accessible, however I mistakenly booked on the second floor which only has stairs. She didn't have to move us, but she did, and we are so grateful. We had a fabulous time in Branson thanks to Rhianna and the Angel Inn.

I reserved a room because of the inside pool since my hrandkids lived in this town. When we went to swim the pool was closed until further notice. We ask for a refund and they have it although their cancelation policy time had passed. We went back to muy daughters house. I really appreciate that.
