"Room was clean and well stocked with utensils and cookware which were very clean. Also had a dishwasher and dish soap. The universal remote worked for both tvs. Room was comy for my family if 5 and the front desk staff were polite and professional would stay again "

"The pictures given for the breakfast are NOTHING like what was there! It was truly sad to see the arrangement of "plain white bread" slices on a top rack,the lower rack had 3 packs of small chocolate chip muffins (2/pk) There was Cheerios, Frosted flakes, coffee, hot water, OJ, barely anything extra. There was a toaster for the bread. I was told on the 1st day it was open 6-8am.(everything was gone at 8:30 am when I got there from work)Then told it was 6- 9am."

"Didn't have breakfast there. Even the Holiday Inn Express offers free breakfast! Entering the room, the complete air conditioner cover was laying on the floor. Like someone worked on it and never put it back. The desk clerk went there to put it back on. Not a good first impression."

"Initially We were assigned to room 206. The room was clean and nice; however, the shower stall was a disaster. We noticed and phographed black mold at the bottom of one of the walls. The next day we informed the front desk. They apologized and promptly moved us to another room- 326. Unfortunately, the shower stall in room 326 also has a black mold issue, albeit not quite as obvious as room 206. The mold is located at the bottom of the stationary panel. Therefore, we did not see it right away. We photographed it and showed to the front desk."
