"This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is aged but most importantly lacks any show of being well managed. Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. Daily confusion over a table for breakfast was frustrating. Beware the layout as some builinga a considerable way from each other. Brand is a fabulous village, the Walliserhoff is not a fabulous...
"Misleading listing - Expedia highlighted pool but failed to mention access costs an extra €14 per person. Staff were unsympathetic & Expedia on-line support was no help. Despite not appearing busy, room wasn’t ready until 4 pm check-in time. Didn’t take breakfast as price seemed inordinately high compared to other options nearby. Location was convenient for old town and castle. Room was fairly standard."
"The property was well located in the center of town and next to many places to walk to for museums, transportation and local activities. Very nice breakfast as well. I think they received some negative comments in the past about the room quality but we found that they have seemed to upgraded everything. Two issues to note.
