"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. "I was pleasantly surprised on how pretty and modern our room was. Clean, quiet and comfortable. One of the best bed I’ve slept in on my vacation. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. And they even offered to hold our luggage while we were sight seeing for the last time in this beautiful town. I will definitely recommend this place ;)"
