"No elevator and having to climb to the second floor with a young child was inconvenient. Otherwise everything else was fine"

"Everything started ok but when I went to get some Ice could not find any so called the desk and I had to go down a floor for the Ice no Ice on my floor. The room was nice but hard to get the temp steady it would get hot and air would come on at it was way to cold so at night I would get hot then cold need to fix there setup air on window and control on other wall. Then I wanted some coffee and no coffee maker in the room called the desk and had to go down to pick up a coffee maker. So I was not real happy with place. The room was clean and nice TV. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was good and they had a nice coffee maker there. For what it cost will be looking for a different place next time I go that way. Or I know to ask for a floor with Ice maker and get a coffee maker when I check in and hope to get a/c to work better."

"NEW. They have some things to figure out. Front desk is ONLY open 8-8. After 8 if you need anything call. They will CHARGE you for responding. No idea how to check in after 8. No ice, no coffee. They have induction cooktop - which means you must use special cookware. They provide NOTHING. No cookware, utensils, dish soap, etc. Hotels.com price listed price is about $50+ less than our credit card charge. No idea of upcharge as they did not provide a receipt. Hotel itself is new and clean. It is secure, as you need a room key to get into lobby and again to access entry into the actual hotel itself. They have great potential, give them a while to figure things out."

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and always had a good experience. However, this time our stay was not up to their regular standards. Our room had an obvious previous water issue, with a huge portion of the wall involved. During the night the leak started again and woke us up. The floor was wet and water was actively running down the wall and dripping from the ceiling. Since it was around 3 am, I opted to not switch rooms. We had only been given one bath towel so I had to call to get another, let alone enough to wipe up the water. The staff here is excellent and gives great service. I just feel that the property has deteriorated somewhat. "
