Owner tried to cheat me. I thought i was booking a whole flat, instead it was a room with shared facilities. Then he wanted more money for a studio in the same building. He then texted me with a completely different address. i want my money back. It was a false description of what I was supposed to get and a distortion of the fact to extort money.

This is a con we were Soto stay at the grand mill told there was closed due to no hot water and given a college phone number for alternative accoidaction whic was a gritty students shared kitchen lounge area single room with small 3 quoter size bed there were 3 of us my wife my self and 9 year old daughter supposed to try sleep in the bed toilet and shower in same wet room sink was blocked no comes When truer to ring and compline we had no choice but to accept he alternative accoidaction as we had driven over 400 miles from Devon 10.5hours drive and we weren’t going to find any where to stay at the time we got there not happy want a full refund theses people are scammers and need closeig down the greens mill in Bradford does not look like anything like the brochure pictures they have been taken from a different place and loot at the ratings from booking.com they speak for them self’s and say DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE many many times

Don’t go there they are always overbooking
Never got to stay here as was told it was overbooked half hour before I got there . Was given another address to go to which I unwillingly went to and no one there . The owner put the phone down on me and would not take any calls. Was left with no accommodation and had to travel back home and cancel my weekend

When i finally got through to the guy for checkin. He told me the apartment was double booked and asked me to follow him to another apartment block. From the outside it appeared to look ok. He showed me to the room and that is exactley what it was. A tiny dingy little box with a huge bed inside. From the door to bed was one step. There then was a cubicle also in the same room with a shower and toilet.together. I was then taken to another area of the complex where there was a kitchen area for all ocvupants to use. Anyway i was not impressed but did not tell him as i was alone and was felt too uncomfatable To say anything. He then left so did i leaving the key in the room. Basically it was student accomodation for the nearby university. I was not impressed by the whole experience . w him to a ne arby

Shocking stay away
When we got there I could not get into the building so had to look up the number for the place when I rang I woz told sorry we hav double booked your room which was a lie because all the rooms in the building I’ll let out to students so We were told to go to a different address somewhere else in Bradford where he had room for us when we got to the place that was shocking I would not even let my dog scared her so please please please stay away from anything to do with these apartments

Noicy, no soap, no glass to drink water, bad bed and mattress to sleep. I booked double room and they gave me Single bed duvet. I had a terrible stay there

AWFUL! VERBALLY ABUSIVE OWNER AND FILTHY PROPERTY
The one we of this property was absolutely awful took a picture of my passport without my consent and wouldn’t delete it the actual premises isn’t what is advertised it’s shared accommodation and the rooms have paper thin walls absolutely FILTHY accommodation. i put a pizza in the oven and because the oven was so filthy smoke started filling the flat at an alarming rate so I turned it off and called him right away he then threatened to charge my card for £500 if the alarm went off.. but shouldn’t the accommodation be clean before paying customers arrive? I’ve never felt so uncomfortable or upset in all my time traveling nor have I ever been spoken in such a way it brought tears to my eyes. An awful experience I do not recommend this place at all. I am still extremely worried and concerned that this man has my details and a picture of my passport at his disposal. I have never had a problem with hotels.com before but after this experience I highly doubt I can trust it again considering they allow such people and accommodation to be connected to them.

Bad neighbourhood.
Bad neighbourhood. Simple and small room. No soaps or shampoos. Shared kitchen. Note that you need to phone prior to checking in or you wait for them to let you in as no staff on site.

Nice apartment, value for your money. It had everything we needed Beds were quite comfortable and the towels and bedding were very clean if not new. Lots of big windows so the place was full of light and airy. The only thing negative is it could do with a lick of paint in the apartment and the passages by the lift. The lift was small and dirty so we used the stairs. It was a great apartment and I would definitely use them again.
