"The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. "It’s a very big hotel the staff are very good , the cocktail waiter at the bar by the stairs is brilliant, it’s spotless clean, the food is very good , my only thing was I didn’t realise it would be so busy a lot of young family’s which if that’s what you are it’s perfect for you , I just never realised it when I booked ! Overall it deserves a 5"

"My husband I visited Bol in July and we had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The exterior and the gardens give you sense of calm as soon as you enter through the iron gate. Our room was spotless and quiet with a very comfortable bed.The staff were very welcoming and the location was perfect, a walking distance from restaurants and beaches.
