My daughter and I stayed while visiting MSU. We felt safe and the rooms were clean and cozy. The front desk was always available and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is a plus and the affordable mini store was nice.

Poor ventilation, musty, no fans in bathrooms, uncomfortable old beds, flimsy bedcovers, broken equipment. Staff was tried to help as much as possible but this property is tired. Misleading for a Hilton.

Staff was great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would say, with with the housekeeping on demand the rooms do not get cleaned daily, therefore you notice the shower is showing build up of “gunk” in the corners. Know your saving labor but you better watch out you don’t lose in repairs of the rooms. Still loved the stay.

The room was nice, large clean. It did need some TLC on a couple areas. 1) Shower soap dispenser had come off the wall and was sitting on the counter. Also no soaps or lotion on the sink only the shower. 2) The toilet ran every time it was flushed. 3) The beds. Replace them. They were old saggy and essentially just springs. 2 people in a bed resulted in both in a hole. 4) They living room sofa was like sitting on a square rock. It could also use a foot stool. 5) Breakfast was OK. However, they were out of milk (no cereal) and out of batter (no waffles). Apparently the server was not able to keep them full? Dining room wasn't that busy, he just moved slow. Disappointing for a Hilton product. This chain better step up the game.

We got in late and it took 45 minutes to check in. The system wasn’t working and the front desk person didn’t know how to fix it. We even called the property manager on the business card and he was very rude.
Our room was musty and smelled like stale smoke. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty and stained.

Arrived only to find out they overbooked our hotel. The front desk clerk was very apologetic and sweet - did her best to find us another place. After driving 4 plus hours and arriving to find out we had no room to stay in was beyond disappointing. The clerk needs a raise as she was put in a terrible position that was not her fault.

So so weekend stay
The rooms are nice but not much sound deadening. People in other rooms are very loud all night long. When we went down to have the breakfast about half way through their service there was no foood left no coffee no cups no silverware or plates. People were standing around for 1/2 hour waiting for service. Kinda disappointed

We had some issues with check-in because their system was down. They put us in a sister hotel for our first night then we stayed in this hotel the 2nd night. They compensated us for the inconvenience and made it right.

Heater in the bedroom was ridiculously loud had to shut it off no one could sleep with it on. It was negative 30 degrees out and everyone was cold so we had to choose between sleep and being warm. I told the front desk and they did nothing.

Rooms were nice and big. The common area has tables available for all day use. We ate amazing Taco Truck food as a group by the fireplace.
Downside i it is right next to I90 so you hear cars all night long. If you don't like the sound of train horns that can be a problem too - I didn't mind that though. There's a homeless camp immediately behind the hotel on N. 11th Ave not visible in the 2019 Google Streets view. I'd estimate about 15 beat up campers are parked there.

We flew Southwest to Bozeman for a job in Billings to cut travel time and cost of airfare. We see Hilton Diamond members and wanted to continue to built points so we chose Homewood Suites. From l hot coffee and breakfast to the front desk service to the Peleton in the fitness room and the comfy, spacious and suites we slept great. A bonus was the beautiful holiday decor. Loved our stay!

We have stayed here many times. This last trip was a let down. Their breakfast has gotten mediocre. Less options, less quality. The mattress in the room was soft and saggy, not very comfortable. They never cleaned the room or got us fresh towels. You would think for the money they would prioritize getting you clean towels everyday.

Definitely tske a Lyft or Uber from the airport!!! Very convenient location, check in was seamless and staff are very friendly. Love the rustic decorating, fresh and nice. Beautiful views of the mountains ⛰

We are happy that you enjoyed our Montana Lodge feeling right when you walk in our door, as well as our views of the Bridger Mountains. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. The suite was very spacious. It had 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathroom each. Common area had a large lounge area and an adequate kitchen area. kitchen included a full size fridge and freezer

We had a really nice stay here. The sheets on the bed were kind of odd at the top and I don’t really like the room service on request idea. I understood it during COVID but COVID is over.

The shower doors had finger prints all over them, lots of dust on open shelf under night stands & tv, restroom in lobby didn’t have toilet paper in one stall & paper towel dispenser was empty at 5:30 a.m., & the carpet in room has been vacuumed in the walking area.
Beautiful hotel but not clean & it wasn’t cheap
