"Two different nights during my day of two weeks having power failure overnight had no power in my fridge, wind up, slamming my head on the freezer when having to move my stuff from one hotel room to another to a different fridge in freezer so I wouldn’t lose my food. This is after overnight no power in my fridge. I get the worst treatment by management no accommodation no compassion for me getting a head injury on their property and having no power in half of my suite, almost losing all my food...

"We stayed 5/29 and checked out 5/31, there was no hot water the whole time during our stay so showering was not possible unless you like 70 degree water which is basically your supply temp in Florida. Staff couldn't help said talk to management. Laundry area had no lights by equipment, room safe didn't work, and thermostat on wall in room didn't work which created its own issues. I really have issues with the no hot water this isn't a home away from home stay with that and temp control in room...

"Of course the pool was closed the entire stay! Rooms extremely outdated (ex: rusty lamps). Breakfast terrible (stale bread, questionable eggs & watered down coffee. On the bright side… No bedbugs, no mildew, no junkies in vicinity, and an overall peaceful atmosphere to lay your head."

"We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this property, the decor the hotels and location it’s proximity to the Ave and restaurants was just perfect. It’s a simple five minute drive up to I-95 to go wherever you want to go. Breakfast is included. We had nothing to complain about. It was a perfect stay."

"ALMOST everything was excellent. The room was adorable; the Nespresso in the room was a fantastic addition. They gave us a complementary bottle of wine which was so welcoming. THE In room snack options for purchase were a good addition and there were drinks for purchase as far as beer, wine etc. they also gave two complimentary bottles of water. All of this was a nice touch. They put coffee out everyday at 9am and had bug spray/sun lotions to use if needed. There were also cookies in the lobby...

"Beautiful hotel!!! The wonderful woman at desk upon arrival Friday night 5/8 upgraded us to a suite - gorgeous. Only complaints were service on rooftop very slow and front desk help rest of time was less than desirable. The two women working Saturday couldn’t be bothered. I was charged twice for stay and had to call to take care of after we left."

"All great. Moved across the street to Seagate for a couple of nights due to being a wedding coordinator for a wedding there and wished I would not have. Free parking. Full kitchen. Nice pool. No bar but plenty around and who wants to pay $9 for a coke at a supposed 5 star resort hotel. Major fail over there. Definitely choose the Atlantic."
