"We had a Family Suite for an overnight stay, didnt really know what to expect but was plesently surprised. Suite was very clean & beds very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, professional & helpful. Would definately stay again."

Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. "Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay due to an aggressive and abusive resident. After receiving a meal he was not satisfied with (and declining a full refund that was quickly offered) the resident verbally abused staff for 10 minutes using racial slurs, calling them ‘peasants’ and ‘servants’, swearing, threatening them and smashing his hands and food on the counter. "The staff at the QT was very professional and friendly. The hotel had neat Miami feel with mice dinning options. I enjoyed the pizza and calamari at the Stingray and I also enjoyed the sushi at the Izakaya that they had. The breakfast buffet was also done well. The only thing is that property was going through some renovations and the rooms need to be updated a tiny bit. "
