"front desk staff was amazing. The elder lady that worked at the front desk in the evening we checked it offered us recommendation for dinner as we were looking to try a fish dinner in Boston. Her enthusiastic recommendation was a great first impression for the hotel and everything flowed well from there."

"Room was clean, but bed was very uncomfortable needs to be replaced. Breakfast was supposed to be open at six and the person getting it ready was late so that things did not get out for 6 o’clock. We had to get the shuttle so we had to hurry and eat breakfast. We ordered to go bags and they gave them to someone else so we didn’t have any. The guy at the desk tried to put some things together for us, but it was just a waffle and nothing else."

"The Boxer is one of my favorite places to stay while in Boston. It is a great location parking while off site is close and very convenient to I93 both getting to and leaving. Your also very close to the "T" which gets you anywhere in Boston. The Hotel is great, staff is great and the rooms are great."

"The hotel is so eclectic and fun! The staff is great and the room was perfect. The city view from the window was unbelievable! "

"Everything is really outdated. Mattress was old and sunk in gave me an instant backache. Shower drain didn’t run properly, was standing in a pool of water while showering. The hotel itself was clean though. "

"Staff were not very welcoming. The parking staff were not welcoming as well (RUDE). Definitely will not recommend nor will I return to this hotel!!!!"
