"Front desk lied about occupancy when outright rejecting my late checkout request. The flip side is the room was spotless. Maybe because front desk gatekeeps and prevents housekeeping from becoming overwhelmed from late checkouts. She might have time to do her job? I recommend this place. But don't be thinking you're getting any late checkouts. You'll get a new and clean stay with decent breakfast and all day coffee. Win."

"Let’s just say that the tub looked like it hasn’t been cleaned we in 2 years; and had a hair that was stuck on the shower head. The toilet has brown stains that is pretty permanent due to not cleaning on an ongoing basis. I wrote a review on Goggle and included pictures."

"I liked the staff, location, breakfast. You are in Town Center with plenty of shopping and dinning in walking distance. The room was excellent with a kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of water pressure for a good shower."

"First off they tried to take 250 out my account tryna accuse me of smoking marijuana then I paid for my room third party I used on card to pay they said my card didn’t work come to Find out they charged me 139 I spoke to Gm he apologized and promised my money would me refunded! 2 weeks later I looked at my credit card statement they charged me twice for Incidental payments and I’m Pissed"

"The front desk staff (Malissa & Seren) & Manager Rose are very accommodating, considerate & kind. Generally, they (including the cleaning staff) are quick to respond to the client’s request. The hotel is what I expected it to be. I love the room’s layout, huge fridge & its well-equipped kitchen. And most of all, it’s dog-friendly. I am definitely coming back very soon."
