"Non smoking room was smoke smell. Outside my window broken down air conditioner units. All night drug activity and fighting. Stayed on 2nd floor with people screaming in hallway. Went to room on Sunday pretty much a swat team kicking a guy out of 3rd floor room. Room was very old worn. We switched to another hotel due to the area and the hotel clientele. We travel a lot and this was a horrible experience. Just seeing police and drug addicts outside enough for us."

"I just needed a nice, clean and quiet room for the night at just the right price. While I was in town for a Graduation, and Reunion. This is exactly what I asked for. The hotel is under major renovations so it looks Crazy but the Staff made sure it wasn't. Thanks."

"Rooms are clean and cool. The lemon infused water was warm and not lemon infused. Add some ice. Need a cold beverage option of morning juices. Orange juice was in a pitcher and it was warm. The lobby and breakfast area was extremely hot and uncomfortable."

"Hotel was disgusting. Had to switch rooms and even after the switch the next room was filthy. Hotel lobby looks nice to cover the poor condition of the rooms. Broken tiles, dirty carpets, stained linens, broken furniture… direct clothes under the beds, bathrooms not cleaned."
