"Great"

"Room was scorching hot. Microwave didnt work. Asked for a replacement or to be fix but never showed up to repair it. Had to warm food up at gas stations. Tub filled with rust. Leak in ceiling where my clothes got soaked. Someone came into my room and turned off the ac unit. Room temp was 89°. Only one washer and dryer worked."

"What they advertise was not actually available such as pool hours, breakfast hours, and also no smart TVs. The overnight was rude, and the though the room was clean, you can tell it wasn’t stocked properly from the night before."

"Very nice rooms with a kitchen. Truly nonsmoking inside. Some frustration if traveling with dogs. There is disconnect between the pet fee as stated on Expedia and the hotel. Outside: Hate gravel where grass should be. Pet space is only 12-15 feet by 15-20 feet with a tree in the middle, which is way way too small especially given no grass elsewhere and the dog area is overgrown and unmowed. A foot tall grass is on the tiny dog area. Grass on either side of sidewalks is 2-3 foot talk in some...

"Amenities were good Rooms were not serviced as often (stayed for 6 days and not serviced for 2 days) Parking crowded Air conditioned was dusty and gave me allergies daily Front staff is friendly and courteous"

But I had a last-minute change on my side that I needed 2 beds instead of 1 king size and the staff did not have a courtesy of helping, I was willing to pay for an upgrade, but they could not help at all, the hotel was not even full at its capacity. Poor customer service because I booked the hotel through Expedia."

"I had been given an occupied room, and after they changed it, the new room had the AC broken, the door lock wasn’t working properly, and most of the restroom supplies were empty. Overall terrible experience. Highly disappointed"

"There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel."

"The elevator was broken but price was cheap and it was clean but obviously needs more repairs! 4:30 am someone tried to enter our room. We had the extra latch on it so they opened the door but could not enter!"
