She showed little concern for the inconvenience we were experiencing, we were burning. Fortunately, the gentleman at the front desk took the matter seriously and resolved it promptly and professionallY "

"My stay with Staybridge this last weekend was nice. The rooms were great, very updated with full kitchen. The grounds and first floor were being redone so it was a little out of sorts. However, huge shout out to Jennifer. When it was time to leave she was so very helpful. She found a cart brought to our room. Loaded our items and met us outside to help load into our car. She not only was helpful , she did it with a smile! Great service, you do not run into that kind of care very often. ...

"The exterior & interior of the hotel was great. Well lit parking area & the lobby had a great atmosphere. U fortune tel the hallway from the third floor was hot & humid. The room was great except for the roof area where the soffit llights were the ceiling paper was peeling & the exhaust fan in the restroom wasn’t properly installed leaving a gap. It rained our last morning there & the tv signal kept buffering. Other than that the stay was great & customer service was awesome."

"The staff was welcoming and my room was fantastic!! 3 things I need for a good stay are a nice bed, good water pressure in the shower and and tv with many viewing options. H2S took care of that and then some. Great fridge, utensils, and all the conveniences you need for a great stay. Gym was adequate as well. Excellent!"

"Stay was great and friendly staff. Breakfast was great but ran out of food early. My ONLY complaint is that we were next to the stairwell and the door had no spring so it SLAMMED at all hours of the night."
