" Breakfast buffet looked how they usually do eggs did taste better than other places. Potatoes had veggies mixed in I just picked around them. You have to ask for cream cheese and apple juice which is fine just a tip. Everyone was friendly. I don’t eat enough to make the $18 worth it but if you eat more than one plate it’s good. "Everything was the worst , the sheets and blankets were worn out and dirty, the freezer was blocked with ice and mouse trap behind the tv table and the worst ever was a mice in the room running back and forth, the breakfast was something else it a small glass cabin has couple of pastry and next was couple of containers for cereal, i regret paying a penny in this place , if EXPEDIA has these kind of places differently i will never do it again "

When I go to the front desk (in a dark, smelly office) , the attendant told me he needed to change my room because I booked an accessible room and that there would be a room change charge. I agreed to that, but then the total charge was significantly higher than what I booked . Because he "had to" change my room, he did not have to honor the...

"The frontdesk could be more helpful and put more smile on their face. They forgot to explain where the room is and how the elevators operate from the garage. It took us 10 min to rind the room because the garage elevator is far from the main building. "
