"We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I was a little hesitant about staying this far from downtown Banff but having the complimentary bus passes was a huge bonus. It was faster to take the bus for a couple minutes than it is to walk from some closer hotels. Would absolutely stay here again. The hotel having bear spray for guests to use was so convenient as well. "

"Hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. Even with this we still had very little interuptions and had a very pleasant stay. Construction was kept to a minimum and was always cleaned up afterwards."
