"Property is quite old and ran down. The theme room we had was dingy, smelt musty / damp..paint missing off the walls and no smart tv or large amount of channels to choose from. You can’t go outside without being asked for cigarettes or money. Pool area is extremely wet and slippery. Staff isn’t expected to keep it dry or safe for families. The young pool staff stands around playing on their phones and hanging out rather than taking 5 minutes to mop pool area. The kids enjoyed the water slides...

"Great location. Lovely Staff. The renovated rooms are lovely. They could do a better job of cleaning. Crumbs on the floor of the room under the couch. The air unit in the room has several other inches of dust underneath it and somone’s hair band was hanging on the bathroom door. But otherwise would stay there again. "
