Really great little b&b. The owners were really friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was great. 20 min walk from the train station, 5 minute walk from Boscombe beach (little less busy than Bournemouth beach which was ideal for us). Room was clean, really cute and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!!

Debbie was a great host.Very friendly and helpful. Location of Debbie’s place was excellent, as it’s near to the beach and also Boscombe town center with lots of amenities. The room was lovely and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

Good: - Really friendly welcome - clean and cozy place. - great location for the sea Not so good - Check in is restricted to 4-7pm, which was a little awkward on the day. - A lot of sound carries from the hallways to the rooms which wasn't ideal as a light sleeper.

Fantastic!

What a wonderful place to stay. From the moment you arrive Debbie and Peter make you feel right at home. Extremely comfortable and spacious room well equipped with toiletries and bottled water with a small fridge in the room. Great location with plenty of recommendations on where to eat locally. Could not say a bad word about anything to do with the property or Debbie and Peter who go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Was also a pleasure in meeting Lucy the cat who is also wonderful and friendly! Would definitely stay here the next time we visit the area.

We had a very comfortable stay - it was just one night as we had an appointment nearby - we will definitely opt for The Rosscourt should we be in this area again and have no hesitation in recommending it . Lovely b&b for a short stay

We stayed at The Rosscourt very briefly whilst one of us was competing in the Bournemouth half. The b&b is great for a quick stay with good location to the beach and boscombe pier. It was a very flying visit so spent barely any time at the property but when we did Debs was lovely and super helpful.

Very welcoming and warm. Booked last minute and thought the room was going to be tiny but it was a good size. Clean and well maintained. There was even bottle water and with the hot weather perfect! Really good veggie brekkie too.

Lovely B&B

We were made very welcome on arrival. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom looked brand new and was spotlessly clean. We had a freshly cooked breakfast which was huge and very tasty. There was also a good selection of cereals and toast etc. Boscombe is a lovely place and the pier area all looks as if it's been rebuilt recently. All in all a really good experience.

Stayed here for one night over the Easter weekend. It was easy to find, very welcoming and clean. The hotel owners were extremely helpful and gave us plenty of information about the surrounding area. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. No problems at all, and would definitely stay here again!
