Nice stay

Very comfortable stay, the room was basic but very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was ok, again basic but the food was fresh and just what we needed to start the day

Stayed overnight during a road trip. For the price range the accommodation were clean, well maintained and easy to access. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2 restaurants within walking distance. The only tiny thing I would change is adding card support to the vending machines. Not everyone carries coins these days and these machines are the only drink and snack options on site.

Lovely quiet clean hotel

Very simple check in. Room fresh and clean with very comfortable bed. Quiet location with a restaurant next door if you need to eat. Continental breakfast to set you up for your day. The bathroom towels were a bit on the small side but not really an issue. Altogether a great option to stop off on a drive to Spain.

The hotel is situated on the banks of the rivr and it is very pleasant to walk into town. The rooms are very clean , modern and pleasant. It has a bar. Aĺ the staff are you helpful and extremely nice

Lovely Staff

The staff at the Kyriad are really helpful and friendly. Lovely people. The rooms are pleasant and very clean. The location is attractive and there is a Bufflo Grill and Bistro restaurant within walking distance.

Clean comfortable room . Staffare extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. The breakfast (continental) is very goodand theres lots of choice. Limited choice of restaurants within walking distance but if you are happy to drive Valence centre isn’t far away.

Valance worth a vidit

Another 1 night stop over on our way to Southern Spain. Dog friendly, dog allowed in bar area not in restaurant for breakfast though, but we never had breakfast Dog friendly Italian restaurant next door, good. Beautiful walking area right outside hotel perfect for dogs Valance worth a visit Be mindful though no one on hotel till 16:00 to let you in unless you have the keyless code

Lovely location

The hotel is in a brilliant location tlright on the banks of the Rhone. It is a modern hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. We did have a wait before we could check in We do not have roaming in France so could not scan the QR code in the entrance. This was unfortunate but our fault not the hotels. However, not everyone has a smart phone. The breakfast is continental but it is very good. We will stay again

Really good hotel for a short stay or to explore the area. The staff is really friendly. It's a very clean hotel, the parking is perfect (big and secure), there are restaurants around it, you can walk around in the park after a long ride, the breakfast is good. In my option it deserves more than two stars and we would stay there again for a night or two.

Do not arrive after 9pm. Reception shuts down and you need to “check in” online to get a key code to your room. Very confusing. Also, this is a tricky address to find. My GPS took me to a dance school, not the hotel….which made me late … after 9pm. Nice-enough place once you’re in.
