"The overall hotel is every good and have no complaints about the service however I made extra requests for my hotel room which and those requests were not met as a result my stay at the hotel was not pleasant and their incompetence to follow customer specifications was underwhelming."

"I only made use of the room at night. I did not have any meals at the hotel. I did attempt to order a toasted cheese sandwich and coffee at about 11:00 in the restaurant. The order was reluctantly received. I had to leave a e cancelled 10 minutes later because the preparation of the order had not yet commenced. The last time my toasted cheese sandwich took nearly 2 hours to arrive. "

"Lovely people but there was no electricity when we arrived after a long drive (tree brought power lines down) so no hot water and no fridge for the wine we brought. I booked because of the balcony and fridge with the intention of relaxing with a glass of wine after a shower. Instead we had to go to a bar, unwashed, to eat and drink. The power cut wasn’t their fault but there were no solutions suggested to us. "

"It was for a wedding. We stayed in room 9. It must be the smallest room ever. The bathroom has a smell and the shower was ridiculously small. Not appealing at all. The breakfast was also very disappointing "
