"When I first checked in there were facial hairs (I think) all over the sink. First night my heater kicked on at 1:30 am and sounded like a semi starting. The next day I went to report it and get an extra room key but no one was at the front desk until after noon. The second day I needed some coffee for my room but again, at 7:00 pm, no one at the desk or available. The staff that I did speak with was nice enough. All of the issues I had seemed to be poor management. Proper staffing and quality control processes would have made the stay much better. "

"We stayed 2 nights. There was no maid service and no fresh towels, but an envelope asking for a tip for the maid. The room was relatively large and comfortable. We were above the pizza restaurant, which was noisy until about 9 pm."
