"Huge car park, free on weekends. Easy check-in. We arrived really late which wasn’t our plan & no longer serving food but Courtney (I think) was really helpful, grabbed us some plates & cutlery & pointed us in the direction of takeaway food. Room, lovely the bath was a huge bonus. Bed huge & comfy. Stayed at Coventry Village a couple months ago which was also great. Would definitely recommend & stay again."

"Thank you. I believe the rooms corridors leading to bedrooms need a make over. Chips and broken toilet sisterns toilet flusher all need repair before guests arrive. Breakfast was very good value for money and had a good choice. Entrance to hotel excellent. Thank you. Cheryl Shereni"

"Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. "Stayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. I ordered an 8inch, they ran out but rather than saying I couldn’t have it they sent out a 12inch for no extra charge which was good! Chips were horrible though. "Thought this hotel was great value for money. Had everything i needed for a good night's sleep. Fridge in the room was a bonus but also coffee making facilities tv, wifi, electricity points were all good. Room and shower room were clean All staff at reception and elsewhere were courteous, knowledge and helpful. Woukd recommend as a budget hotel at a great price (I onky paid £43 for a Saturday night)"

"The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "
