" Hoewel het personeel vriendelijk was, hebben we helaas meerdere ernstige bezwaren bij ons verblijf. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht, maar volledig ongeïsoleerd. Elk geluid van buren is letterlijk te horen, en de dunne voordeuren laten alles wat zich in de gang afspeelt – van schoonmaakgeluiden tot gesprekken – storend binnen. Aan rust kom je simpelweg niet toe. Daarbovenop kregen we te maken met een lekkage in de badkamer, wat het comfort nog verder onder druk zette. Wat het meest is...

"It was a relaxed experience, though with great amenities and facilities; AC, fridge, pool and authentic bungalow. Would highly recommend. First i wanted to book an ordinary hotel, but my wife resisted and pointed me in the direction of this authentic hotel. Food is great too, price not too scary too. Stadf was wonderful. I asked for one of the staff for a new duvet in the morning, but when I got back into my room in the evening the same duvet was put on my bed instead of being replaced."

The hotel did upgrade the room with additional extra bed. But the AC temperature in the room was not cold at all. The engineer came to fix the AC, but it didn't work at all. I called the front desk to ask for moving me to different room. I had to wait more than two hours to get the new room. The new room was great, but the AC...

"The hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel itself is not special or fancy, but it is well-run, clean, and located in the center of Solo. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the restaurant is good, and the hotel also has a nice cafe with an outside seating area. They featured life music at the cafe on weekend evenings. We saw no other foreign guests, which we saw as a plus. Many staff members speak good English."
